Our team in New York

Our GLA partners, trusted friends and teachers in New York are Dr Joe Loizzo and Michael McDermott.

Joe Loizzo is The Nalanda Founder within Cornell University. Joe is a Buddhist psychiatrist and meditation teacher. Michael McDermott is the Founder of 2/M Consultancy. Michael is an executive coach and leadership consultant specialising in sustainable business practices. Michael has had 20 years experience in leadership and organizational development, talent management and sales, in the financial services industry.

Together they have developed a profound experience for leaders hosted at the Weill Cornell Centre for Complementary and Integrative Medicine.
